Got my Christmas card pages finished for 2008 & 2009...this idea came from
Ali.I love how fast and easy they come together.
I also love how I can use pieces from the cards as embellishments on my page {the snowflake was from a 2008 card & the title piece for the 2009 cards 'happy everything' came from a handmade card.}
I've been wanting to do this since last year too. Have 08 card pile in closet and still have our holiday cards hanging up because I'm going to do "that". Maybe tonight -- you're lo is awesome!
ReplyDeleteoh cool idea! I have all my cards from this year and last sitting in a basket and I've been wondering what to do with them. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteSERIOUSLY. You are the cutest scrapper ever. Can I just package up all of my pictures and send them off to you to be scrapped?
ReplyDeleteThose are great!! I need to do some of these...probably will go digi or hybrid with it...thanks for the inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking at your cute Christmas card pages and then I see my kid's faces...it made me laugh for some reason to see their faces. Love the pages.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea. To bad I didn't keep any of my cards. Maybe next year and the fact that I need to send them to receive them:)
ReplyDeleteKim--I will try and measure for you. The tiny blue one that is pictured was given to a neighbor--he was born at 7lb 9oz--I gave it to him a week later. It fit him with room. I have made a darling girlie pink one that is slightly bigger-I will post pictures soon. I took pictures with the biggest doll I could find! I am hoping to try it on my friends 7 month old-round but delicate baby.
ReplyDeleteWho made that lovely ahndmade card you used for a title? Someone must love and miss you. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteI love to do this with mine... yours turned out cute!!
