Garden Surprises

I was so excited to come home from being gone for 2 days and our garden is BLOOMING! Thanks to my girls it is getting watered and weeded...and their hard work is starting to pay off. I know that this might not seem like the greatest garden, but as our first in Iowa, we think it is pretty cool!

This was our first taste of Iowa corn for the summer and it was DELICIOUS! We didn't grow it, but bought it at the farm stand. Pride of the Wapsi Corn is the best...
