Today is my sister-in-law and friend's birthday. Linzi is like, licorice or pumpkin lotion, I can never get enough of her! She is always the life of the party! She is also someone that I talk to almost every day about kids, husbands, life, or just absolutely nothing. Although we are family, she is a close friend that I am just lucky to have as a sister also. Don't you just love those two top photos?? The first one is when Linzi entered a dance contest at a Scrapbook Convention and won!! The second, is with our common friend, Rachel, at Chili's celebrating Linzi's dance contest win!
I know that we are miles apart, but there are many days that I feel genuinely close to you. Like you are just next door, and at any moment I could come over to chat and let our kids play. I know that this has never been for us, but maybe some day it will be that way.Happy Birthday Linzi!

K so I'm trying to call you right now as my eyes are welled up with tears, but your line is busy, busy... of course.... Ha ha! What an awesome surprise for my birthday, and by far the greatest gift anyone has given me. I love and appreciate you so much. You have filled such a void in my life, being my sister.
